Assessing Screencasted vs. Written Feedback in EAP Writing Classes

Research suggests screencasted feedback on writing may result in greater motivation and uptake than written feedback. Results of a recent action research study testing this claim in the presenter's EAP teaching context will be shared, along with reflections on the pedagogy and practicalities of using screencast for the first time.
